Jens Bolleyer
President & CEO
Mr. Bolleyer drives the company’s strategic vision and fostering a culture of accountability and productivity. Under his leadership, South-Tek demonstrates adaptability to changing market conditions and maximizes growth opportunities.
With a diverse background spanning public, private equity, and family-owned global businesses, Mr. Bolleyer has excelled in complex sales environments, catering to consumer, commercial, and industrial markets. His track record as a change agent highlights his ability to facilitate business, culture, and organizational transformations.
A consistent theme in Mr. Bolleyer’s career is his dedication to sustainability and operational efficiency. He consistently pursues projects aimed at optimizing residential, commercial, and industrial operations while promoting energy and water conservation. This commitment stems from his belief that sustainable and profitable business growth generates value for customers, employees, and shareholders. His mission is to make a positive impact and improve the lives of those connected to the business.
Mr. Bolleyer drives business growth through a combination of innovation, team building, and fostering relationships based on trust and collaboration. Strategic thinking, combined with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, has consistently produced results.
Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Bolleyer served as the VP and General Manager of Eemax. He has also held various leadership positions at Elkay Manufacturing, Kohler, and GE.
Mr. Bolleyer holds an MBA in General Business and a BBA in International Business from New Mexico State University.
Brad Jernigan
Vice President of Finance
As the VP of Finance for South-Tek Systems, Mr. Jernigan is responsible for the company’s global finance activities, assisting in developing corporate strategy and directing implementation. He contributes financial and accounting information, analysis for operational business decision making, and serves as a key business partner to ensure divisional objectives are in line with organizational objectives.
Jernigan has over fifteen years of financial leadership experience, mainly in the manufacturing sector. His past experience includes time at Smithfield Foods, The Logistics Company, and PolyQuest.
Mr. Jernigan earned a BS in Accounting with a Concentration in Financial Analysis from North Carolina State University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina and is also licensed as a Chartered Global Management Accountant by the AICPA.
John Marsicano
Vice President of Operations
With a thirty-plus year history in manufacturing operations, Mr. Marsicano oversees South-Tek’s production, quality and service teams. He is responsible for planning and directing operations activities to ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Marsicano is trained in Lean Principles and Management by Shingijutsi Consultants in Japan and has led several Lean Enterprise transformations for major companies such as Pratt & Whitney, GE Aviation, GE Global Nuclear Fuels, the Barnes Corporation and B/E Aerospace. He has managed the launch of a number of new products and is the designer of safety and quality programs, like PSM and AS14000 quality, and Lean Train the Trainer programs.
Marsicano received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He is a married to his wife Linda of 28 years, is a father of three and active in his local church and Scouting community.
Michael Dolan
As the international Director of Sales & Marketing at South-Tek, Mike spearheads the strategic and tactical execution of initiatives geared towards customer acquisition, growth, retention, and enhanced overall customer experience. His role involves cultivating high-performing teams across South-Tek’s sales, sales management, sales operations, customer service, and field service departments.
With over 30 years in the B2B sector, Mike is a distinguished senior sales and general management leader with a history of consistently achieving financial objectives. His track record includes successfully launching new products, expanding market share, and leading sector account penetration in competitive global sales landscapes. Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated his ability to drive revenue generation goals, offering adept leadership in sales, operations, and financial management for both mature and start-up companies.
Mike’s experience spans various ownership models, including family, private equity, start-up, and public companies. He has contributed to the success of diverse organizations such as Butcher’s, JohnsonDiversey, Waxie, DebUSA, Swisher, and Urethane Innovators.
He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Maine.
Russ Banks
Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Mr. Banks manages all R&D efforts including technology development, current product support, and new product development. He sets objectives, plans projects, builds out timelines, and manages the budget for the Engineering Department.
Banks has previously worked at Ingersoll Rand, Rain Bird, and Newell Brands and offers over two decades of experience with product and technology development. He has led engineering initiatives including the commercialization of new products and technologies, value engineering and lab operations.
Banks received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. The married father of three enjoys partaking in of all the outdoor activities coastal North Carolina offers.
